Formation
For a plain Delaware C-corp or LLC, Stripe Atlas or Clerky is enough. Already formed on Atlas or Clerky? Bring it when you raise. LLC raises go to Custom.
Standard formation add-on
Add standard formation to a SAFE Round or Priced Seed for $1,500. Formation is completed on the client's own Stripe Atlas or Clerky account; the client pays all platform and state fees directly.
Regulatory scope
This package does not include regulatory analysis. If the business model may involve financial-services regulation, start with the Startup Legal Path Review.
